3) Job Description of CMMS Officer. Proposal Package(150 Basic,20 Food,30 fixed OT)
Generally Speaking, officers will Operate, Maintain, report and perform all activities mentioned through the PAW's assigned systems, including Customer Relation Management software (CRM/CC&B/Pronto form), CMMS, Infor EAM, GIS or any other system.
He has to be at a good level of English Language.
He has a high quality of using computers, MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the internet.
He has to follow closely the routine and preventive maintenance done through CMMS, which PAW will operate and generate.
He has to be in high link with Engineers and supervisors to close the permits on time without delay to achieve the desired KPI.
The main task is System Monitoring and Reporting:-
Daily Reports
Events and Alarm Summary for all the facilities
Water Network Interruption Reports
Operational system summary
Scheduled Inspections and Reporting
